Andiova Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Andiova platform ("Andiova", "we", "us", or "our") and all services, tools and features we provide (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using Andiova, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Service Description

Andiova is a web-based platform that provides smart tools to help individuals and businesses work more efficiently, including but not limited to:

• A CV builder with Nigerian and African-focused templates and AI-assisted suggestions.
• An invoice generator for freelancers and small businesses.
• A collection of free tools such as converters and utilities.

We may add, modify or remove features from time to time to improve the Service.

2. Accounts and Access

You may need an account to use certain features (for example, saving CVs or invoices). You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current and complete information when creating an account.
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with others.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or are misusing the Service.

3. Payments and Pricing

Some features of Andiova are free, while others require a one-time payment. Example prices (which may change over time) include:

• CV Builder: CV download as PDF for approximately ₦200 (NGN).
• Invoice Generator: invoice PDF download for approximately ₦300 (NGN).
• Other paid tools may be priced around ₦500 (NGN) depending on the feature.

Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Paystack and are subject to their terms and policies. By submitting a payment, you authorise us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the applicable amount, including any taxes or fees where required by law.

All payments for digital products (such as downloadable CVs or invoices) are non-refundable once the digital content has been delivered, except where required by applicable law.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree that you will not use Andiova to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including those related to privacy, employment or financial reporting.
• Infringe the rights of others, including intellectual property rights or confidentiality obligations.
• Upload or share content that is fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, hateful or otherwise harmful.
• Attempt to interfere with the security, integrity or availability of the Service.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into the tools (for example, your CV details or invoice line items) and for how you use the documents generated by Andiova.

5. Intellectual Property

Andiova owns all rights, title and interest in and to the Service, including the website, templates, designs, trademarks, logos and underlying software, except for the content you provide.

You retain full ownership of the content you create using the Service, including your CVs, invoices and any text or data you input. By using the Service, you grant Andiova a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, host and process your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service (for example, generating AI suggestions for your CV).

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the Service or any part of it, except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Andiova is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that using our CV templates or tools will result in job offers, interviews, payments from clients or any specific outcomes. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy and suitability of any documents you generate before using them.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Andiova and its founders, employees and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service.
• Any content generated through the Service, including CVs or invoices.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.

In all cases, Andiova's total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific feature or download giving rise to the claim, if any.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nigeria.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Andiova after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
